Our requirements include your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Once the documentation is complete we will make an appointment with you. Everyone is fighting their own battles, and we are here to support you to the fullest.

To make changes in the status of your appointment, or cancellation, you can always log into your online portal and modify it. Please note, we need at least 48 hours in case of a cancellation without charging a service fee.

A psychological evaluation is the initial stage of defense in diagnosing and treating a mental health condition. Performed by a psychologist or psychotherapist, helps us to gain an understanding of the severity and duration of our symptoms. The evaluation takes a few sessions to complete.

Psychotherapy involves communication between patients and therapists that is intended to help bring relief to the patient. Psychotherapy begins with discussing a person’s background and the concerns that led him or her to seek help. Assessing this, the patient and therapist come to an agreement, called the treatment contract.

Once you schedule an appointment, it is reserved for you. We hereby request you to cancel appointments prior to 48 hours which allows us to reach out to other individuals to fill in the slot. It is often time-consuming and difficult to backfill an appointment in the 11th hour. Appointments not canceled in advance will require payment for the full cost of the session. Appointments can be canceled at any time through our secure client portal.
